Hey there! My name is Kat. And this is the beginnings of my body-positive fitblr. Right now it's a little bare bones as I figure out what I'm doing and where I'm going, but basically, I want this is to be a safe space. In my experience, it was hard separating 'well, I want to be fitter so I have more fun doing things' with 'omg, I'm fat, I'm worthless'. I'm not worthless, and my weight is definitely not what determines that. I want to get healthy to be happier doing things I love to do like polo, running, and yoga- not because my poundage relates to my attractiveness.
This is going to mostly consist of recipe reblogs, food porn, me talking about how things are going, how things are NOT going, and pictures or whatever else comes across that I want to share.
